Meet our newest rescue, Cassie
Cassie’s story started in the darkest of ways: she was found tied inside a bin bag and abandoned in the stifling heat. Thankfully, a kind passerby acted quickly and reached out to us.
When she arrived, Cassie was struggling with a painful urinary tract infection and severe constipation from eating stones and rubbish just to survive.
Because of inbreeding, she also lives with bone and joint deformities that make walking a challenge.
We want to take this moment to remind our community to sterilise your pets to help prevent this from happening to others.
Despite her rough start, Cassie is an absolute ray of sunshine who just wants lots of attention and a lot of love. Cassie still has a long road to recovery, and we need your help to get her there.
By sponsoring her today, you’ll be providing the vital medical care she needs to keep that sunny smile shining. Will you stand with her?
Adopted & Loved
From Foster to Forever
Our brave little Bean has been officially adopted by his foster family! For a disabled pet, the journey to a permanent home can often be a long one. Since moving away from the shelter and into a home environment, the stress and tension Bean once carried has simply vanished. He’s claimed his rightful spot on the sofa and proved that every animal, regardless of their physical abilities, deserves the chance to shine. This is a beautiful reminder of how vital fostering is. Sometimes, a “temporary” guest turns out to be the missing piece of the family puzzle!
Pepper’s Happy Ending
Our sweet Pepper has found her happy ending! Her life began with a narrow escape; she and her sister, Sunset, were only a few weeks old when they lost their mum to a cruel cat trap. Tiny, scared, and suddenly alone in the world, they were luckily rescued by a kind couple who refused to leave them behind. Thanks to their kindness, Pepper has grown into a confident, affectionate girl. Even though her start was rough, with lots of patience and love, she’s now thriving in a home where she’ll never have to be afraid again.
Snowflake Finds His Perfect Match
Snowflake was found abandoned in front of a local shopping mall. After receiving the medical care he needed, he was fostered and then officially adopted by a wonderful family who had already welcomed a former Paws cat, Kimchi, into their hearts. Our lovely lady Kimchi has taken the little lad under her wing like her very own son. They spend most of their time playing and sleeping together, and we couldn’t be happier for this blossoming bond.
Luke’s Sight is Set on His Forever Home
You might remember Luke as one of our Star Wars crew, who were abandoned at the side of the street when they were just three weeks old. After bottle-feeding them, treating them for various parasites, and watching them grow into healthy young kittens, it was time for Luke to find his forever home. With those signature funny crossed eyes and a personality that’s pure joy, we knew he’d find his match quickly. Luke has a way of making everyone laugh with his playful antics, and we are over the moon that he has finally found his person. While we celebrate Luke, three of his siblings are still waiting at the shelter – could you be the one to complete their story?
Urgent Call for Donations
This year has been incredibly tough so far, and now we are facing a huge new crisis: our landlord is selling the land, and we are being evicted from our current dog shelter. We have less than one month to raise the funds needed to move our entire pack to a new site.
We urgently need to raise 250,000,000 VND (US$9,500) to build a sanctuary from the ground up. Time is moving fast, and we need your help to fund:
Safety: A secure perimeter wall and a dedicated quarantine area.
Accessibility: Smooth concrete flooring specifically for our disabled rescues.
Essentials: A kitchen for meal prep, plus plumbing and electricity.
The clock is ticking fast, and we simply cannot do this without you. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us lay the bricks for their new beginning. We are desperately calling for your help – will you save our pack and help us build our new shelter?
