Rescue Helpers
Bring love & light.

The heart & soul of Paws

Rescue helpers keep everything running and ensure that all of our rescues have the best chance at a better life. They bring so much love to our animals when they need it most, offering their time at the Dog House, the Cat House, or both! Rescue helpers also help with education and outreach, connecting with our community on issues of animal welfare. You have the power to change the lives of companion animals now, and in future!

From in-center to at-home foster care, rescue helpers support every facet of our work. Together, we’re creating a more compassionate world for animals. A helping human hand is very welcoming and appreciated around here, with an average of 30 animals residing at our rescue centers, as well as in foster homes, there is a lot of work to go around to give our rescues the best possible support and care.
