Brief Summary of the Project Coordinator Position
We are looking for a responsible and passionate Project Coordinator to lead initiatives that improve animal welfare and promote responsible pet care. In this role, you will be the driving force behind turning ideas for social activities into impactful projects. You’ll coordinate the entire project lifecycle, from planning and development to execution, ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget.

About the Project Coordinator Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact between potential project sponsors, company directors, and authority representatives. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining professional relationships by effectively communicating project goals and developments. Your role involves setting up meetings between potential donors and company directors, as well as coordinating with authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
๐พ Defining project scope and goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
๐พ Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets while allocating resources efficiently.
๐พ Leading and managing project teams, making sure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
๐พ Coordinating with third-party contractors and consultants to achieve project objectives.
๐พ Monitoring project budgets and expenditures to ensure effective financial management.
๐พ Communicating regularly with stakeholders about project progress, risks, and issues.
๐พ Collaborating with the communications team to promote projects on social media and raise awareness.
๐พ Identifying and mitigating project risks to keep projects on track.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties to ensure the successful execution of our projects. Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
๐พ Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including plans, status reports, and evaluations.
๐พ Leading fundraising events and applying for grants to support project funding.

- Be Vietnamese
- Be Proficient in Vietnamese and English – both written and verbal
- Have at least two years of work experience in a professional work setting
- Have project management or coordinating experience (animal welfare preferred)
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Must work well both independently and with a team
