Brief Summary of the Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible and passionate Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator to be the voice of our shelter across all digital channels and platforms. In this role, you will be the driving force behind turning the rescue work into engaging, impactful digital stories. You’ll coordinate the entire content lifecycle, from planning and creation to scheduling and publishing across social media and our website, ensuring all communications are timely and reach our diverse community.

About the Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator Role: Key Responsibilities
As the Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator, you will be the primary digital voice and content executor for our non-profit shelter. You will ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all online platforms to drive adoption, engagement, and donations.
🐾You will be responsible for creating and executing all written and visual communications tailored for a diverse audience.
🐾Bilingual Content Creation: Fluently craft clear, compelling, short-form copy and graphics in both English and Vietnamese to reach our entire community.
🐾Visual Storytelling: Curate and select high-impact photos and videos of the animals to evoke emotion and drive action.
🐾Design & Branding: Utilize basic design tools like Canva or equivalent for quick edits, branding, and ensuring visuals are platform-ready.
🐾You will manage the distribution and technical aspects of publishing content across multiple digital channels.
🐾Multi-Platform Scheduling: Proven experience managing and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube efficiently.
🐾Website Content: Manage and update our digital hub, including publishing blog posts and maintaining accurate information on the website using a CMS like WordPress.
🐾Digital Advertising: (Preferred) Assist with formatting and deployment for digital ad campaigns (Facebook/Google Ads) to maximise reach.

- Be Vietnamese
- Be fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and verbal) to create and publish content for a diverse audience effectively.
- Have at least two years of professional work experience managing social media or digital content, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Demonstrate direct experience managing content across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and using WordPress.
- Possess strong analytical skills to track content performance (engagement, reach) and optimise future posts.
- Be adept at problem-solving and capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively with a team.
