A question we are often asked is now on a colorful list for you making it easier to find all your pet's needs.
Amazing step in the right direction. Authorities are becoming aware!
Extract of news article: "Officials in Vietnam's capital Hanoi are urging residents to stop eating dog meat as it could hurt the city's reputation and lead to diseases like rabies.
The Hanoi People's Committee said the practice could tarnish the city's image as a "civilised and modern capital."
The city office added that consuming the meat could lead to the spread of diseases like rabies and leptospirosis.
Over 1,000 stores in Hanoi still sell dogs and cat meat.
The committee also urged residents to stop eating cat meat, which is less popular but still available. It highlighted the fact that many of the animals were cruelly killed."
If your pet has been poisoned, give orally 3% Peroxyde, the kind you purchase at any pharmacy.
Do not use the stronger, concentrated peroxide found in hair color, use only the three percent kind. The dose is one teaspoon for every 10 pounds of body weight.
The hydrogen peroxide must be given orally to your pet. You can mix it with a ice cream or honey to make it tasty.
If it's a dog you should walk him around for a few minutes to get him moving, which will help the hydrogen peroxide do its work. If it's a cat, try to get him moving If your pet doesn't vomit within 15 minutes, you can give him a second dose.
However, if another 15 minutes pass and he still hasn't vomited, don't give him a third dose of the hydrogen peroxide. It's time to call your veterinarian.
In August last year, this little Poodle was stolen, possibly for ransom.
Dog theft has deep effect on owners who consider them as family members.
Make sure you keep an eye on your pet, especially when it's young, they can easily get distracted and wander off. Keep an eye out for potential thieves.

☀️ Please come by our center between 8a.m-6p.m Tuesday-Sunday to pick up a FREE harness if you know of an animal in need.
We did buy a cat that was giving birth to 3 kittens.
Buying cats from this terrible place will not solve the route of the problem.
We wish we could save them all, but buying 250 cats that they collect every 3 days will quickly be replaced with new cats is not realistic for a small organization like us or any shelter with lack time, space/overcrowding, disease control and funding.
The only way to put an end to it is for the authorities to create laws and enforcing these laws. This what we are working everyday towards in all sorts of ways.
THANK YOU so much to everyone sharing and helping us bring awareness towards this cruel industry. Cats are often forgot about in the meat trade. We couldn't do it without your incredible support.
